Carob Chocolate-Style Spread Duo
Two naturally sweet chocolate-style spreads made with carob, nuts, and seeds — perfect as toppings, spreads, or dessert additions.

Ingredients
Chocolate Sauce #1
- 2 dl (¾ cup) peanut butter
- 1 dl (⅖ cup) tahini
- 1 dl (⅖ cup) carob powder
- 1 dl (⅖ cup) honey
- 2 dl (¾ cup) warm water
- A pinch of salt
Chocolate Sauce #2
- 2.5 dl (1 cup) natural peanuts
- 1.5 dl (⅔ cup) sesame seeds
- 1.5 dl (⅔ cup) carob powder
- 1 dl (⅖ cup) honey
- 3.5 dl (1.5 cups) water
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
Chocolate Sauce #1
- Add peanut butter, tahini, carob powder, honey, warm water, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- The consistency is thick.
Chocolate Sauce #2
- Lightly toast the peanuts in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, then set aside.
- Toast the sesame seeds until slightly golden, then set aside.
- Add the toasted peanuts, sesame seeds, carob powder, honey, water, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- The consistency is thick.
