Daniel's Ketchup
A simple, homemade ketchup with natural sweetness from honey and a hint of salt — perfect as a condiment for burgers, pasta, or sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) tomato puree
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 80 g (2.8 oz / 3 tbsp) honey
- 50 ml (½ dl / 3½ tbsp / ¼ cup) water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tomato puree, salt, honey, and water.
- Whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
